So many people now-a-days aren't truly happy in life. Why? Well this is a complicated issue and has a lot to do with people not being happy with who they are. We hear that money can not buy happiness, which isn't necessarily true. Getting a million dollar check can make a lot of people happy right now in this economy. The reason people say that money can't buy happiness is because having money doesn't always equate to a person being permanently happy. The only way to be truly happy is to love who you are, and love the things that you can't chance. And yes it is easy to be truly happy!
I truly believe that the secret to happiness begins with loving and appreciating yourself and doing the things that help towards this end. When everyone starts out in life we are given a box of crayons. Some of us may get the 8 pack, some may get the 24 pack, while others might just get one black color and one white, but "it doesn't matter what we start out with but it's what we do with the colors we get that makes the difference."
This beautiful quote that tells us to use what we have, what we are given, and draw the best portrait we can. Expensive portraits range from all sorts of colors, while some are simply black and white. It's about using what you have, so don't get caught up getting down on yourself for what you did or didn't get in life. Show the world what you can do with the crayons life gave you.
Specially written 4 my friend Andrea =D
